TTI Group is bridging the gap between matric success and higher education, launching its academy on 2 February 2026 and offering bursaries, learnerships, and industry-aligned training for students who cannot afford traditional tertiary education
TTI Group has reiterated its dedication to bridging the gap between matric achievement and access to further education.
TTI Group is a skills development implementation partner working with corporates, large enterprises, and government entities to design, manage, and implement bursaries, learnerships, and accredited skills development programmes.
The organisation delivers these programmes end-to-end, including learner recruitment, placement, programme delivery, compliance management, monitoring, psychosocial support, and impact reporting.
“Every year, capable young people are excluded not because they failed academically, but because they cannot afford to continue,” Chief Executive Officer of TTI Group TJ Malamule said.
“When education is recognised as a human right, closing funding and access gaps becomes a national responsibility that requires practical delivery, not policy alone.”
Malamule said in response to current registration pressures, TTI Group has confirmed that bursary opportunities were available, with recruitment for selected bursary, learnership, and skills development programmes at advanced stages.
“TTI Group will officially launch its academy on 2 February 2026 to broaden access to accredited, industry-focused education and training, offering alternative pathways for students unable to afford conventional tertiary education,” said Malamule.
