Suspended police sergeant Fannie Nkosi is set to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court following his arrest during a raid at his Pretoria North home.
Suspended police sergeant Fannie Nkosi is expected to appear in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
He was arrested last week after police raided his home in Pretoria North.
Nkosi is facing charges of theft, defeating the ends of justice, and unlawful possession of unlicensed ammunition, stun grenades, and explosives.
The case, linked to his recent testimony at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry into alleged police-crime syndicate ties, has intensified public scrutiny over internal corruption within the SAPS.
