The court has postponed proceedings against two men accused of killing Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock as investigations remain incomplete.
The case against two men accused of the assassination of Warrick “DJ Warras” Stock has been postponed to 27 May 2026.
Armindo Joaquim Pacula, alleged to be the gunman, and Victor Majola, accused of orchestrating the murder, appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday. The matter was postponed after the court heard that investigations are still ongoing.
The suspects first appeared together in February following their arrests in connection with the December killing. Authorities are still finalising key evidence, including financial records, facial recognition analysis, call data, cellphone downloads, and the drafting of the indictment.
Majola has previously been denied bail, while Pacula’s legal representative earlier indicated that his client may plead guilty but first needs to review the case docket.
Both men are facing charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
