Rosemary Ndlovu sentencing postponed to September 15
Convicted serial killer Rosemary Ndlovu and her co-accused Nomsa Mudau will have to wait until September 15 to hear arguments on their sentences in the Kempton Park Regional Court.
Sentencing proceedings against convicted serial killer Rosemary Ndlovu and her co-accused, Nomsa Mudau, have been postponed to September 15.
The pair appeared in the Kempton Park Regional Court on Tuesday for sentencing proceedings after being found guilty of incitement to commit murder in connection with a 2018 plot to kill Mudau’s then-husband, Justice Mudau.
The state successfully argued that Mudau, with the assistance of Ndlovu, allegedly hired hitmen to murder her then-husband.
However, the plot failed after the men allegedly warned Justice Mudau about the plan.
Ndlovu was found guilty of inciting the plot, while Mudau was also convicted in connection with the planned murder.
Ndlovu is already serving six concurrent life sentences plus 125 years after being convicted in 2021 of murdering six family members in a series of killings linked to insurance payouts.
The court will resume sentencing proceedings on September 15.
