The two brothers accused in the high-profile killings of rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and chef Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane are back in court as they seek bail and a prison transfer.
Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande are expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Friday in connection with the 2023 murders of rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and celebrity chef Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane.
The brothers are anticipated to formally apply for bail as part of ongoing legal proceedings in the widely followed case.
In addition to their bail application, the pair is also expected to petition the court to be transferred from Bongweni Super Max Correctional Facility back to Westville Correctional Centre, where they were previously held.
The Ndimande brothers were brought back to the country four months ago, after they fled to Eswatini.
